Q: What does your face to face interview consultation consist of?
A: It will usually last no longer than two hours and will consist of a one on one session with an experienced Employment Advisor who will prepare you in the art of interviewing. The session is based on tried and tested techniques and will help you with your confidence and will ultimately improve your chances of securing a position.

Q: Why should I use your service when I can access videos and articles on the net at no cost?
A: There are many websites that supply you with advice, however your interview opportunity is more than just researching free advice. The content of your appointment has to be well prepared by our Interview Coaches, structured and unique to you.

Q: I paid a deposit of £25 to secure my appointment, what if for any reason I cannot attend, will I get my deposit back?
A:  No… If you need to reschedule your appointment, then we can carry the deposit payment over. This is to ensure appointments are attended and time is not wasted.

Q: What if I don’t like it?
A: We’re extremely confident that you’ll be happy with the end result. Most of our clients are happy with first draft. We do have an open door policy, meaning that you can contact us at any time to make minor amendments.

Q: If I’m still unhappy, can I get a refund?
A: Yes, if we have exhausted our efforts, then you do have up to 14 days from the day of purchase to ask for a refund. All deposit payments for face to face appointments however, are non refundable.

Q: I need to book an appointment with an Interview Coach for interview skills training, what do I do?
A: Call one of our Employment Advisors on 0203 585 4611 or email us at enquiries@cvlondon.net and they will contact you to confirm your appointment. The appointment is subject to a £250 fee for 2 hours.

Q: Can you guarantee me a job afterwards?
A: Unfortunately not, we’d love for this to be the case. We can guarantee you easy to understand interview coaching help that may increase your chances of winning job offers. Ultimately, it is the hands of employers to make such decisions.

Q: Where are you based?
A: Our address is 83 Victoria Street, London SW1H 0HW, Central London. The nearest station is Victoria and St James’s tube stations on the District, Circle and Victoria lines and overland trains.

Q: Is my information secure?
