We check every order that we receive to ensure that the most appropriate service has been ordered. On the rare occasion that the wrong level of service has been ordered we will contact you to advise you and discuss amending your order to the correct service. Similarly, if your requirements are particularly complex or of a highly technical nature we may need to offer you a bespoke level of service. To ensure that we allocate the appropriate resources in these circumstances we will contact you to discuss your specific requirements and advise you of any additional costs. Should you not wish to continue with your order at this stage we may offer you a full refund.

Cancellation & Returns Policy

As defined by United Kingdom’s Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, all our goods are ‘made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised’ and are therefore exempt from the normal distance selling regulations.

As part of our ongoing commitment to 100% customer satisfaction, we guarantee to you are 100% service satisfaction.

Once goods have been received by you, all risk of damage or loss shall pass to you.

The following terms therefore only apply to defective disks.
Returning a defective/erroneous item:

If you need to return a faulty or defective item (in the context of the services and products offered by Interview Coaching London this is limited to discs), please send it back to us, carefully and securely wrapped along with your name, address and a telephone number and the reason for the return. Once we have received the item, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price and any delivery charges incurred in returning it.
